I am currently new to website development and learning as I go, so I may not be able to take on every project. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, and by submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

Payment can be made via a Stripe payment link or PayPal. Work will only begin once the initial payment is received. You can choose to pay in full upfront or half upfront and half on completion. Once full payment is received, ownership and full rights of the website are transferred to you.

The number of revisions will be as agreed in our email conversation. Any additional revisions beyond what was agreed may incur extra charges.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the project. Website access and files will be provided once the project is completed and full payment has been received.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, the initial payment is non-refundable. Refunds for completed work are not provided unless otherwise agreed.

I may showcase your project in my portfolio if you agree.

By commissioning a website from me, you acknowledge that I am still gaining experience and will do my best to create a high-quality site, but certain complex projects may be outside my current abilities.
